Whether you decide on an efficiency, one, two, or three bedroom apartment, the lending institutions can help you work out a financing program that will meet your needs.

Interest rates on mortgages, available through lending institutions, are extremely competitive and affordable.

A variety of bank financing is available, ranging from adjustable rate loans to fixed rate loans for up to 15 years. The William Penn House has been approved by Fannie May.

In most cases, loan processing can be completed in 30 days.
